Aaron Bolton
Aaron currently resides in Chicago, IL. He comes from a natural gas background as he was a Leak surveyor for over 2.5 years which lead him to Picarro fleet manager where he operated the day-to-day management as well as data analysis at his past company. A little of what he enjoys outside of work is being outdoors (hiking, backpacking, exploring, running). He is also a massive soccer fan, specifically of the EPL (Manchester United).

Alan Ly
Born and raised in San Francisco, Electrical Engineering degree from SFSU. In my spare time I am a runner who have participated in multiple half marathon events and hobbyist who tinkers with electronics + 3D printing.

Alberto Rigamonti
Alberto is a Technical Support Engineer. Born in Italy in Milan, Alberto grew up in Switzerland, where he obtained his BSc in mechanical engineering and his MSc in mechatronics in Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale of Lausanne. He has founded, structured and grown the European offices since 2010, focusing on “Environment” and then on developing the European “Gas” entity. Andre has gained experience in environmental metrology since he started its own company “Omnisens”, a high-tech venture active in integrity monitoring of large energy infrastructures (downstream pipeline leak detection, offshore exploration and power cable monitoring) and eventually sold it to Prysmian group in 2021. During his startup early days he co-developed a trace gas technology for monitoring environmental and semiconductor molecular contamination. His technical background combined with an acute appetite for business development, sales and strategy has successfully led the Picarro team in Europe for now over 12 years. Andre started his career as a consultant at Arthur Anderson in Geneva, he holds an M.A. in materials and engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne and University of California, Los Angeles. In his free time, Andre will be found sailing or skiing in the Alps.

Andrew is a member of the team of Field Application Engineers who are responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of Picarro’s Energy customers. His unique blend of operational, diagnostic, and customer satisfaction skills were honed during his prior career as a small business owner in the automotive aftermarket industry, where he spent 10 years developing and supporting products of his own. Andrew is an avid automotive and racing enthusiast and a Bay Area native.

Andrew is a member of the team of Field Application Engineers who are responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of Picarro’s Energy customers. Bastien Schmitt

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and has completed two four-month-long, 20+ country trips around the world in 2012 (solo) and in 2019 (with his wife), visiting 6 continents and 50 countries in total (so far…).

After starting with Picarro, he has built upon his robust skillset, one which leverages his extensive technical knowledge with the desire to make the world a safe and clean place to live.

Dr. Christian Urabl
Christian has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and communications sector as engineer, manager and leader for various international companies like ABB, Siemens, Vinci, AF/AFRY, and Stucky. He has worked in various countries in Asia, Africa, the GCC, the Americas and Europe. He is responsible for the DACH market within Picarro.
Christian holds an M. Sc. In electrical engineering from the Technical University of Graz, Austria, an MBA from the Montanuniversity in Leoben, Austria and a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria.

Bruno Gama has over 20 years of experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the energy industry. Bruno joined Picarro in December 2021 and is responsible for sales, business development and client engagement in EMEA for Picarro’s energy business. Prior to joining Picarro, Bruno worked at Shell as a Senior Economist in Americas. He later joined the Strategic Planning group of Mubadala Petroleum in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Bruno also worked in various senior management roles in Quorum Software, including sales, business development, project management and project execution. Bruno holds a Doctorate from EU Business School in Switzerland, an MBA from IE Business School in Spain, M.S in Regulation of the Energy Industry from Unifacs and B.A in Economics from UFF, both in Brazil. Bruno is a certified Project Manager (PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner).

Born and raised near Columbus, Ohio, Dan's career previously had him in all phases of the automotive industry. Early retail management and wholesale sales roles lead to a stint on the design and manufacturing side in the high performance aftermarket in Southern California from 2016 – 2019. There, he was fully immersed in the Motorsports side of the industry, where he plays a key role to this day. He brings a strong technical mind, mechanical aptitude and a sales and support temperament to the FAE role to support and grow our Energy solution fleet. Dan is also a Crew Chief for a professional race team in IMSA's MX5 Cup, an avid outdoorsman, cyclist and amateur car racer himself with 2x NASA National Championships.

He is currently the Director of Gas Sales & Marketing at Picarro. Before joining the Picarro team, Doug’s work experiences included working at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation where he led their Aspire Energy subsidiary. Doug began his career working for CenterPoint Energy for 20+ years serving in various leadership roles including leading regional gas utility services, engineering, construction, and operations functions. Doug has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, and a MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.

His wide interests ranging from the sciences to engineering allowed him to excel in research missions in the Arctic and half the world's oceans for more than a decade. Now he is using his expertise at Picarro to help its partners succeed in the energy landscape. When Eric is not working, he's spending time outdoors with his dogs, camping, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, or playing beach volleyball.

Francois Rongere has more than 30 years of experience in the development of advanced technologies and products for electricity generation, energy use and gas operations. Most recently, he was the head of the R&D and Innovation team for Gas Operations at PG&E, that he led to national recognition in 2018. His key contributions to the utility industry cover a broad range of applications from power plant operations, energy efficiency, pipeline safety and greenhouse gas emission abatement. Francois has a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience through teaching in engineering schools in France and in the US, most recently developing classes and curricula on Renewable Energy, Batteries and Biofuels at San Jose State University. He graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble.

In his role as program manager at PICARRO, he will use his skills acquired in the transportation industry (automotive and railway): Analysis, Problem Solving, Team Spirit, Listening and Communications. His experiences abroad allowed him to consider cultural differences in project management; and therefore, seek consensus. Outside of work, he is interested in: conditions for the optimum currency areas and challenges of the energy transition.

Hrishi graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Since then, he has worked as an Applications Engineer and Design Engineer at NiCor Gas and Nippon Bearing. Having experience in natural gas industry and customer facing roles will provide Hrishi a great springboard to the Field Application Engineer role. When he isn’t working, Hrishi likes playing sports, solving sudoku, hiking and travel.

Jacob Cansler
After graduating from North Carolina State University, Jacob immediately began his career in the air quality sector focusing on point source emissions testing, and quickly pivoted to begin researching next generation emissions measurement techniques. He spent a little over five years working directly with EPA’s office of research and development implementing and creating new measurement technologies and spent time managing projects in the semiconductor industry before joining Picarro. He currently lives and works out of Chapel Hill, NC. Outside of work he mainly enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attempting DIY projects around the house and continually learning new technologies.

Jacob Cansler
After graduating from North Carolina State University, Jacob immediately began his career in the air quality sector focusing on point source emissions testing, and quickly pivoted to begin researching next generation emissions measurement techniques. With 17 years of Gas Operations experience with Pacific Gas and Electric Company, he understands the day-to-day operations processes and procedures that our customers work with every day. His primary focus is to help customers from day 1 of the Picarro solution install through scaling and full adoption of Picarro Advanced Leak Detection. He has been an end user of Picarro and has experienced firsthand the success of what Picarro can bring to the gas energy sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. When not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, coaching baseball, CrossFit, and wakeboarding.

Jeff is responsible for Business and Customer Engagement for Western North America. Jeff has over 30 years of Executive Leadership, Sales, and Customer Support; specifically, working with customers who are undergoing strategic business transformation and implementation of Machine Learning/AI. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jeff has over 30 years of Executive Leadership, Sales, and Customer Support; specifically, working with customers who are undergoing strategic business transformation and implementation of Machine Learning/AI. Joe Felicicchia
Joe is a utility and technology executive with 30+ years of energy industry experience. He spent most of his career at Peoples and North Shore Gas in Illinois, which is part of the WEC Energy Group, where he held executive leadership roles in operations, construction, and information technology. His last utility role was General Manager of North Shore Gas. He has since had sales and client engagement responsibilities for an IT consultancy and now at Picarro for the Eastern Region of the Unite States and Canada. Joe has a bachelor’s degree in electrical / computer engineering and a master’s in computer science – distributed systems.

Joe is a utility and technology executive with 30+ years of energy industry experience. He spent most of his career at Peoples and North Shore Gas in Illinois, which is part of the WEC Energy Group, where he held executive leadership roles in operations, construction, and information technology. His last utility role was General Manager of North Shore Gas. Julien is responsible for Product Management for Energy applications. He brings fifteen years of experience managing products and leading marketing initiatives in the laser and photonics industry. He has been involved in various end markets including energy, photovoltaic, micro-electronics manufacturing, bio-medical and academic research. Julien was born and raised in France where he received his B.S. and M.S. in Applied Physics from Ecole Polytechnique. He also holds a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has happily called California and the Bay Area home for the past 15 years. In his free time, he enjoys live music, tennis, running, pilates, and spending time with friends and family.

Julien is responsible for Product Management for Energy applications. He brings fifteen years of experience managing products and leading marketing initiatives in the laser and photonics industry. He has been involved in various end markets including energy, photovoltaic, micro-electronics manufacturing, bio-medical and academic research. Julien was born and raised in France where he received his B.S. and M.S. in Applied Physics from Ecole Polytechnique. He also holds a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has happily called California and the Bay Area home for the past 15 years. In his free time, he enjoys live music, tennis, running, pilates, and spending time with friends and family.

Malvin Delgado
Malvin Delgado is an international energy business leader, customer advocate, inspiring people leader and entrepreneur with demonstrated experience in business management, strategic planning, as well as in the execution of tactical plans to achieve company growth in the Energy Sector: Oil, Gas, Renewable, and Utilities. Prior to joining Picarro as Director, Sales & Client Engagement, Malvin worked in leadership roles for T.D. Williamson, Baker Huge, GE, SIEMENS, SHELL, PdVSA, as well as other important energy companies in functions related to business development, sales, operations, and project management in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Malvin Delgado is an international energy business leader, customer advocate, inspiring people leader and entrepreneur with demonstrated experience in business management, strategic planning, as well as in the execution of tactical plans to achieve company growth in the Energy Sector: Oil, Gas, Renewable, and Utilities. Prior to joining Picarro as Director, Sales & Client Engagement, Malvin worked in leadership roles for T.D. Williamson, Baker Huge, GE, SIEMENS, SHELL, PdVSA, as well as other important energy companies in functions related to business development, sales, operations, and project management in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Marouane Hanbali
Marouane is responsible for Operations and Logistics in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for our energy business. He has about 25 years of experience in Global Customer Service & Logistics Management in various industries of different sizes, from startups to giant corporations (Cargill, Nestle, Philip Morris). During his career, Marouane had the chance to manage entire operations implementations and transformations, sometimes starting from zero, including all that is related to the strategy set up and roll out, organizational changes, team management, risk control, systems, and rules, and processes reviews and monitoring. Professionally, he loves to build and enjoys championing excellence in execution. Personally, he enjoys outdoor sports, especially hiking. Marouane believes in new generations and volunteers in education, by facilitating opportunistically philosophy workshops in classrooms with kids and teenagers.

He received his Ph.D. in the field of nuclear and particle astrophysics from the University of North Carolina in and worked as a postdoctoral research associate at PurdueUniversity before joining Picarro in 2014. He now has over a decade of experience as an engineering leader, developing hardware and software for research and commercial applications. He currently lives in North Carolina, where outside of work you can find him on a lake, on a golf course, or at home refining his barbeque.

He is an energy business leader with over 15 years of experience in Upstream Oil and Gas in operational, technical, and sales roles. He entered the energy sector as a Geophysicist working on Seismic Data Processing and Imaging with top-tier service provider Schlumberger. Later, he transitioned into sales and business development roles of increasing scope and importance at industry leaders Halliburton-Landmark and IHS Markit. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans in Geology and a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Robby devotes his leisure time to his family, his passion for wine, rock climbing, hiking, and reading.

Starting as a field technician working on Surveyor R&D, he has since excelled in 3 different roles within Engineering, Operations, and is now a Field Application Engineer within the Energy space. Tanner brings proficiency in customer deployment and training, technical support, and project management. On his spare time, you will find him climbing rocks, running, fishing, cycling, or exploring Santa Cruz with his golden retriever.

He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Industrial Engineering, along with a Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul University. Tony is also a registered Professional Engineer in over 30 states. In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time outdoors, along with attending concerts and sporting events, with his family and friends.

Prior to joining Picarro, Tracy held senior level roles with technology consulting and engineering firms. In her down time, she can be found performing with a local band or watching sporting events and enjoys travel with her friends and family. Tracy holds an MBA from Wayne State University.
